Ever wanted to fill your home with the smell of freshly baked focaccia, but don’t know where to begin? Or to do a virtual trip to Italy through authentic and traditional Italian recipes?  Then this is the course for you !
We will make 3 recipes from scratch:
●  Panini Napoletani ( Neapolitan Stuffed Rolls) with Salame, Ham and Cheese ;
● Crescione Romagnolo ( Filled Flat Bread) with tomato sauce and mozzarella
● Erbazzone  ( Ligurian Savoury pie) filled with ricotta cheese and Spinach
I will guide you through every step, from discussing ingredients, equipment, suppliers to mixing and kneading the dough, shaping, proving and baking.
Suitable for all abilities.
