Lift your baking skills to a new level, impress your friends and family.

Our new baking class will provide all the skills, tips and techniques that you need to create a full platter of delicious sweet tarts.  Perfect for any occasion, gifts or just as a treat!

During our class, we’ll explain every step and offer hands on instruction.  You’ll take home your very own dessert platter, filled with lemon meringue, raspberry, chocolate and bakewell tarts.

The class will provide:

• All the ingredients that you’ll need on the day
• We will supply the tools and equipment you can need
• Refreshments will be provided
• A printed recipe and guide that you can take home
• We’ll show you how to make the perfect pastry
• You’ll learn how to make the fillings
• You will create and make your own tarts during the class
• 4 tarts of each flavour.
• A gift box will be provided, so that you can take your creations home

The class will be 3 hours long and will be held in our workshop in Barleylands Craft Village.
