In this class our expert baker Giovanni will be teaching all things Sourdough.
The day of the course, you will make:
- Two small sourdough loaves
- One (sour) dough from scratch (to take home)
- Use the sourdough discards to make sourdough breadsticks and sourdough scones.
The course will be held on Saturday 4th May
- 10:00 am start.
- The course is 4-5 hours.
- Refreshments will be provided.
